Where is SG Solutions located?
SG Solutions is US based Corporation with our home office in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Our Virtual Workforce employees operate from around the world including the US, Mexico, Canada, India, the Philippines and Singapore.

What time zones do my remote employees work under?
We have employees who work during all times of the day to enable us to ensure your coverage during the time zone you need. Our home office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. However we can schedule your staff to be available at any time.

How do I contact my staff?
Your individual team will be available to you by Phone, Skype, IM client, email or any customized contact method you require. Your team manager will be your initial point of contact and will help to coordinate your tasks. Once tasks have been assigned to your individual workers they will be available to you during the regular business hours.

What Languages are available?
All members of our team are fluent in English as well as the home language of their country. We have team members available or on standby who are fluent in French, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Tagalog and German.

What if I do not like or am not satisfied with my Virtual Assistant?
If at any time you are unhappy with the work done by any member of your team, we will provide an immediate replacement at no additional cost.

What if I don't use all my hours in a month?
If you have unused hours left over at the end of a month you will be able to roll up to 25% of your total plan hours over to the following month. Any remaining hours are lost. This is due to the fact that we had assigned staffing based on your initial hours request and need to compensate the team for lost work.

How do I keep track of my hours?
We provide you access to a real time hours tracking system so you will see your hours used and available at any time. Hours are updated at the end of each work day.

How is invoicing handled?
Invoicing is done on the 1st of each month automatically through the debit or credit card used to sign up. If you wish to cancel your plan, we ask that it be done prior to your renewal as refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.

What payment types are accepted?
We can accept Visa and MasterCard debit and or credit cards. Due to the international nature of our business we are unable to accept checks or delayed invoicing.
